Light as if Static Does not persist on Minimal Default level after save and Restart

Loading a new project with starter content and changing the table from static to movable, and changing to light as if static, the option does not persist after save and restart.

1. Open a new project
2. Click on the table in the Minimal_Default map
3. Change from Static to Movable
4. Under Lighting > Light as if Static click that check box on
5. Save
6. Exit Project
7. Restart Project
8. Check to see if Light as if Static check box is still check on
