Description

When adding text after switching from half-width to full-width input using Microsoft IME, there may be a delay of about 3 seconds before the text can be entered correctly. This is supposed to occur in the case of input such as "Jポップ" (means japanese pop). It does not occur in cases other than Microsoft IME (using Google IME). It does not occur in cases where "Jポップ" (half-width + full-width input) characters exist in advance. In addition, this problem does not occur in the previous version of Microsoft IME.  Probably related to [Link Removed].

Steps to Reproduce

1. add a widget with EditableText and run PIE
2. set MicrosoftIME to "Half-width Alphanumeric/Direct-Input" before starting to input EditableText
3. type "J" into EditableText
4. set MicrosoftIME to "Hiragana" and type "ポップ" (poppu)
At this time, there is a delay of about 3 seconds and the content of "ポップ" (poppu) is not displayed correctly.
