Hair visibility override issues

1. Download the attached licensee repo.
2. Open the map /Content/issue_vis_overrides_groom/LV_main.umap
3. Open Level Sequence LS_main, and play it.
4. Observe that the groom component attached to the geometry cache (right) flickers and vanishes, while the groom component attached to the skeletal mesh (left) does not.
