User crashes when opening a Widget blueprint.  Unable to reproduce internally.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch UE4 Editor (any project)
  2. Create new Widget blueprint
  3. Close the animation and timeline tab at the bottom of the BP.
  4. Close the BP
  5. Attempt to reopen the BP / create a new widget BP
