Description

Target Point Actors are changing location when in a World Partition Map within a Shipping Build. This does not occur in Non World Partition Maps. The name of the Asset also changes when in a World Partition Map.

This issue is occurring in //UE5/Release-5.3 @ CL 27405482
This issue is occurring in //UE5/Release-5.2 @ CL 26001984

This issue is NOT a regression

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a blank template project
  2. Create a blueprint actor and add it to the level
  3. Add several Target Point Actors to the level and attach them to the blueprint actor
  4. In the blueprint actor use the Get Attached Actors and log the transforms of the attached target point actor
  5. PIE and take a note of the Target Point Actor transforms
  6. Package for Windows in Shipping configuration
  7. Launch package
    Result
    Target Point Actors Transform location is not the same as if you are in Editor
    Expected
    Target Point Actor Transform should match what they are in Editor
