Input Actions with the same description silently breaks OpenXR input

Steps to Reproduce
  • Create a new VR Template
  • Open IA_Grab_Left and change the description to "Grab"
  • Open IA_Grab_Right and change hte description to "Grab"
  • VR preview

Results: Motioncontroller tracking and Input stops working

Expected: A warning or message is displayed letting the user know that Input Actions, OR Input Mapping Contexts must have unique descriptions
