Steps to Reproduce
  1. Drop in SKM_Manny from third person sample project as possessable in an empty scene
  2. Drop the instance of SKM_Manny only a newly created level sequence
  3. Add a transform track for the root blueprint
  4. Animate locationrotation, and scale channels
  5. Toggle mute/solo on any of the channels to see that the other two channels are still being run
