Description

SceneRenderTargets.cpp includes LightPropagationVolumeBlendable.h, which means if you disable the LightPropagationVolume plugin and compile, you will get compile errors.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Disable LightPropagationVolume plugin
2) Compile
