MediaPlayer failed to be open on Mac and IOS

1. Follow the steps in https://docs.unrealengine.com/5.0/en-US/play-a-video-file-in-unreal-engine/

The video should be opened successfully, but it doesn't on my Mac.

Environment:

MacBookPro 2019

MacOS Ventura 13.6

Xcode 15.0
