Potentially related to [Link Removed], but distinct.
1. Download the attached test project and open.
2. Move the camera above the clouds (bookmark 1).
3. Observe the jittering on the clouds, more visible near the horizon.
4. Toggle the visibility of the GiantCube actor. Observe the clouds stop jittering when it is invisible.
5. With GiantCube visible, change the value of "r.VolumetricRenderTarget.Mode" to anything but 0. Observe this also stops the clouds from jittering.
