[Audio Insights] - Insights continues to display virtual sounds after they have stopped being active

Virtual loops continue to be displayed in Audio Insights even after the sound has stopped being active for certain cases. This also occurs when stopping PIE while a sound is virtual. The sound will not clear from the Insights window until PIE is pressed again.

1) Open AudioQA
2) Open the Audio Insights dashboard (Tools > Audio Insights). Focus on the Virtual Loops tab
3) Open the level AQ_Concurrency
4) PIE
5) Enter the Resolution Rule Tests stand
6) Set the rule to Stop Quietest
7) Press the Play Button on the test stand. Let the 4 sounds play. Observe the two sounds that become virtual both in the PIE window and in Insights.
8) Press the Stop button on the test stand
9) Observe Insights

Expected Result:
The Virtual sounds no longer as displayed, as they have stopped playing

Actual Result:
Insights will show the sounds as Virtual until you stop and start PIE again
