User Parameters on Niagara actors do not sync in the details panel when animated with Sequencer. Scrubbing in sequencer does not update the details panel.
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the level /Game/NiagaraUser_Test
3. Open the Level Sequence /Game/LS_LvlSequenceTest
4. With the actor NS_Test selected, scrub through the sequence
5. Observe that the User Parameter testFloat does not update with the keyframed value
6. Select the spawnable track (clicking between Actor and component, clicking off either then onto either)
7. Observe that the User Parameter testFloat updates
