Reference to material collection by Index instead of by Name causes inconsistency

A UDN user reports materials referincing parameter collections by index instead of by name. The problem manifests itself when rearranging the order of parameters belonging to collections, as the editor does not update the references to the correct parameters after the reordering is done.

• Create a Material Parameter Collection
• Create a scalar parameter, name it "White" and assign default value "1"
• Create a material and plug the Collection Parameter into base color
• Set the collection parameter to White
• Add another scalar parameter in the Material Parameter Collection (you can leave name and value at default)
• Rearrange the scalar parameter, so that the new default one has Index 0 and White has Index 1
• The material now shows black instead of white. However the Collection Parameter is still set to white.
