Description

When switching the Camera's Exposure Metering Mode from Manual toHistogram, the exposure level resets and takes time to settle.
The Licensee has a proposed code change that would fix this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the Licensee's repro and open
https://udn.unrealengine.com/s/contentdocument/069QP000004KD6rYAG
2. Open /Game/LevelSequence_ManualToHistogram
3. Lock Viewport to Camera Cuts on the main Camera Cuts track
4. Play the sequence
5. Observe the exposure change as the camera switches from Camera_ExpManual to Camera_ExpHistogram, before settling back to the same level.
