Hovering over the absolute bottom of buttons in the toolbar, particularly in Blueprints, results in the button being highlighted, but not accessable.
The area seems to be 1 or 2 pixels from the bottom of the button.
See attached image.
1. Open any 4.9 Project.
2. Open any blueprint. Create one if needed, no special type necessary.
3. Hover over any of the buttons at the top of the toolbar (ie. Compile, Save, Play, etc.)
RESULT: If you hover close to the very bottom of the button, there is an area 1 to 2 pixels high that will cause the button to highlight, but not actually function.
EXPECTED: The entire area of a button to highlight and function when hovered over by the cursor.
