Landscape holes are poorly represented in global distance field

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure distance field AO is enabled, (lumen disabled, may not be necessary)
  2. Create a landscape with a hole material
  3. Paint hole in slope
  4. Place meshes around the hole
  5. Observe artifacts around the hole on the meshes
