When setting a material to Use Material Attributes and then feeding in a Refraction value with MakeMaterialAttributes, the refraction doesn't work properly
Reported in 4.8, but I tested in Main as well and got the same results.

1. Create a material as shown with refraction of 1.5
2. Assign to a mesh and note the refraction effect
3. Create another material as shown in the second image with the same settings, but using MakeMaterialAttributes instead
4. Assign to a mesh and note that there is no refraction effect
