Volumetric Lightmaps are not shared between Persistent maps that have the same sublevels.
Also observed in Release-5.4, CL 32500436
1. Download the Licensee test project and Open
https://udn.unrealengine.com/s/contentdocument/069QP000006ijMCYAY
2. Open the map /Game/LevelArt/LMScenariosTest/MainScene_MASTER
3. Observe it has the two sublevels "ART_Geom" and "ART_Lighting"
4. Build lighting. Observe the Volumetric Lit object has lighting.
5. Open the map /Game/LevelArt/LMScenariosTest/ART/LMSetups/IsolatedLightingScene
6. Observe it has the two sublevels "ART_Geom" and "ART_Lighting" exactly the same as the previous map
7. Observe the Volumetric Lit object has no lighting. (Bug)
