Description

When adding a Text Render COmponent to an Actor Blueprint, updating the text in the Text Field will not update the Rendered Text until the Blueprint is Closed and Reopened.

This is a regression from behavior in 4.8.3.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a Blank Project with No Starter Content
  2. Create a New Actor Blueprint
  3. Add a Text Render Component to Blueprint
  4. Change the Text Field of the Text Render Component to read, "THIS IS CHANGED TEXT!"
  5. Close the Blueprint (Compiling and Saving are NOT necessary)
  6. Reopen Blueprint

RESULTS: Text Component only changes on reopening the Blueprint

EXPECTED: Text Component changes on accepting text field change (Behavior in 4.8.3)
