Refraction does not adjust the scene depth texture, leading to a mismatch between Scene Color samples and Scene Depth samples.
1. Download the Licensee's test project and open (see addl info URL)
2. Pilot the Cinematic Camera Actor, showing the exact camera view in the viewport
3. Observe the un-blurred halo around Manny's head (the halo that follows the shape of the head, not the shape of the sphere)
4. Integrate the changes provided by the Licensee in the UDN ticket
5. Re-open the project, and repeat step 2
6. Observe that the halo around Manny's head is gone.
