Several folders each prevent user from packaging project. If these folders are moved to a new, blank project, they prevent any packaging, even if the contents of those folders are not within any level viewport. Additionally, it does not matter which of the three folders are added, all have the same reaction.
1. Download, unzip, open project at attached link:

2. Press File>Package>Windows>Win64

Expected:
Project is packaged to designated location, WindowsNoEditor file appears in location. Alternatively, the logs should provide some explanation as to why the package failed. Currently it fails with an Unknown Error warning.
