Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make a Niagara system
  2. Make an emitter
  3. Create a "New Folder" in Timeline (Important: Without this step, the crash does not occur.)
  4. Place emitter into folder
  5. Delete the Emitter
  6. Undo the delete
  7. Crash
