Lower volume sounds often start off at the original volume level for a second.
I tested this on Android and iOS. Only the Android device showed this type of behavior.

2. Deploy to Android device and listen to the sound difference
Expected: The sound should stay constant
Result: The sound fluctuates between regular volume and original volume loudness
