Simulating your level and then attempting to use the Keep Simulation Changes option on an actor that has simulated physics gives the No Properties Copied error.
Occurs in 4.9.2 binary and Main CL 2708796. Does not occur in 4.8.3. This is a regression.
1. Open the editor
2. Create an actor blueprint.
3. Add a cube component
4. Ensure that Simulate Physics is checked.
5. Drag the blueprint into the level
6. Position the object so it falls when you start simulating
7. Press Simulate
8. After the object falls, right click on it and press the Keep Simulation Changes option (or press K)
Result: No properties copied error appears on screen.
Expected: The objects position after it falls would be stored.
