Description

Running with Latest Android Works install and OpenSSL 1.0.2d, a packaged GearVR project from the Editor will fail the Oculus Submission Validator with 5 warnings.

Project Android Setup:

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Package a GearVR project for Shipping (Sample Blank Project attached)
  2. Run the Oculus Submission Validation Tool on Packaged .apk file

RESULTS: Fail on Target SDK version is, not 19 (targetSdkVersion)

EXPECTED: Not Fail on SDK Version
