Coming in new audio system, ignoring until then.
When using a branch node inside of a Sound Cue, if that branch's bool parameter is changed while the cue is playing, the cue will be restarted from the beginning.

1. Download the project in the description, unzip it, generate project files, and compile the project
2. Open the .uproject file
3. Press Play to Play In Editor
4. Pay attention to the music that is playing and press C (C changes the boolean for the branch parameter in the sound cue from true to false and vice versa)
Result: The music restarts whenever C is pressed.
Expected: Pressing C should not restart the sound cue
