Geometry that has its "Shadow Cache Invalidation Behavior" set to "Static" will still draw in the dynamic shadow cache when it is experiencing WPO
1. Download the Licensee's test project and open (see addl info URL)
2. Select any or all of the three small bushes.
3. Observe that the "Shadow Cache Invalidation Behavior" is set to Static
4. Enable the view mode "Virtual Shadow Map -> Cached Page"
5. Observe that one and a half of the bushes overlap dynamic pages that are not cached, because of the tree.
6. Enable the view mode "Virtual Shadow Map -> Nanite Overdraw"
7. Observe that the bushes are drawing into the dynamic shadow pages each frame. (Bug)
