1) Create a level with a landscape and put some foliage on it, then add some static mesh with Nanite activated and paint foliage on it.
2) Add that to an outer level, then change its transform (via the level details panel if a sublevel, or just move it if a level instance actor).
3) Moved the meshes with foliage on it and then Undo, foliage position are broken now, you can also try this: (Go into "landscape mode", and the foliage should instantly dissapear).
