Steps to Reproduce

Create a BP with a GeometryCache component
Assign a Geometry Cache asset to the component that has a valid source file and at least one material assigned to it
Save the BP
Take note of the first material referenced by the geometry cache asset
Close the editor
Delete (or rename) locally the material referenced by the geometry cache (this is to simulate the situation that a file was not submitted on Perforce with the geometry cache asset)
Open the editor
Place the BP in a level. If you don't have the fix, it should crash. With the fix, you should reach this ensure:
