Some properties go missing when the Editor is switched to Japanese mode. Specifically, missing under Collison:
-Simulation Generates Hit Events
-Phys Material Override
-Use CCD

Reported in 4.9, but I verified this still happens in 4.10

1. Create or open any project in 4.9
2. Select any static mesh & take a look at the properties under Collision
3. Change Editor to Japanese
4. Select same mesh and note that properties are missing (see attached pic for comparison)
