Actors attached to a Child Actor Component do not replicate movement on the Client.
User's test project attached.
Reproduced in 4.9.2 binary and Main (CL 2735029)
1. Open the attached project
2. PIE with 2 players
3. On the Server, press Space to spawn and attach an actor to the child actor component
4. Press the arrow keys to move the child actor component
Result:
On the Client, the attached actor snaps to a different position and does not replicate its new positions to the Client.
