In the attached project, there is an animation (with a sound notify) plugged into the AnimToPlay slot. The Initial Position is set to 0.5. The matinee in the scene overrides the animations applied to the AnimToPlay slot, but doesn't start until 10 seconds. The sound cue from the animation in AnimToPlay is still playing from the beginning though.
1. Download the attached project.
2. Take note of the AnimToPlay and Initial Position fields in the details panel of the skeletal mesh
3. Open up the matinee and take note of the animation playing on the skeletal mesh at 10 seconds.
4. PIE and move the camera inside the green sphere
Result: Sound starts before 10 seconds
Expected: Sound does not start until the 10 second mark when the matinee cues it
