Description

Changing the Global Time Dilation to a very small value and returning it to a large value (by either using the slomo console command or directly in BP - slomo sets TimeDilation) makes Physics simulating ragdolls that are standing on the ground fly upwards at high speeds.
The licensee setup is using "slomo 0" to "pause the scene" and later setting "slomo 1" to resume execution. Once the transition happens the ragdoll is swung very rapidly upwards.

Steps to Reproduce

There is a repro project in the case, but if you want to recreate the scene, take the third-person template as a starting point:
1. Add a Manny as ragdoll, set it up standing in a scene, simulating physics.
2. On the level BP, make BeginPlay execute the "slomo 0" console command, add a Delay of 0.0001 seconds, and a "slomo 1" console command immediately after.
3. When playing the ragdoll flies upwards.
