It was mentioned that the global invalidation should be toggled off during loading screen and subsequently restore the state after.
A request was made for this dynamic behavior be part of the engine as opposed to being handled game-side.
1. Download Licensee test project

2. Run standalone game
3. Click “Load Game” button and observe that the UI does not appear after load
4. Now press any button to see the visuals or uncomment Line 64 in LoadingScreenModule.cpp
