Description

Actor foliage does not respect the "foliage.CullDistanceScale" console variable.

This was brought up in a UDN: [Link Removed]

Steps to Reproduce
  • Create actor foliage with a valid cull distance and place some in the level
  • Change `foliage.CullDistanceScale` to a number other than 1.0
  • Notice the actors' draw distance is not affected by the change.
