Decals Do not Render in Orthographic Lit views

Decals do not render in any view other than Perspective. This is also true for orthographic projections.

1. Open a new project
2. Create a material and set it's material domain as Deferred Decal
3. Add this material to the scene on top of the default floor
4. Change your view to top
5. Change your view mode to Lit

Expected : Decal viewable in viewport
Result : Decals material not visible
