Looks like he data is being lost along the chain from our call to GetCustomUniformBufferResource and is erased in both FPrimitiveSceneProxy::UpdateUniformBuffer and in FPrimitiveSceneShaderData::BuildDataFromProxy.
Not sure exactly what this impacts in reality so needs some validation, if it's nothing then we can likely ditch the calls. I'm thinking it might impact the preskinned bounds.
