Get key node is no longer available within the On Analog value change override

The user can no longer use a get key node within the On analog value changed override. This was possible in 4.8

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Open the event graph
4. Create a new override for the On Analog Value Changed
5. Drag off of the in Analog Input Event and type Get Key
6. Notice that this node is no longer available

Expected: The get key node would be available to determine what analog stick is being used
Result: The Get Key is no longer available
