The Open Asset dialog is disabled during breakpoint
Steps to Reproduce
Set breakpoint in blueprint.
Start PIE.
Hit breakpoint.
Hit Ctrl+P to open the Open Asset dialog.
Observe: the mouse cannot be used to open assets.
Observe: the keyboard can be used to navigate the dialog until the mouse clicks on an asset, after that keyboard navigation stops working.
Expected: the Open Asset dialog is fully functional during breakpointing.
