When repackaging the same project over and over again for HTML5, the Utility.js folder doesn't delete/clear during the repackaging process like it's suppose to.
1. Create a new first person template
2. Package it for HTML5
3. Check the size of Utility.js within the folder
4. Repackage the project for HTML5
5. Check the Utility.js file size again
Result: The Utility.js file increases in size due to not purging the old files.
Expected: The Utility.js file should be cleared during repackaging.
