This issue was reported through a UDN. Licensee mentioned that they are seeing a hole in their Nanite mesh at as they move away from it. Using the Nanite debug view we observe at a certain distance a set of clusters is selected that does not account for a specific triangle in the mesh.
Load the attached project and observe the missing triangle in the two meshes. As you move closer to them, the triangle appears again
