Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-231939)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a WP level.
Add a couple of actors (spatially loaded enabled).
Unload one of the actors.
With the level still open, move the wp level to another folder using the content browser.
Notice the unloaded actor fails to load or is missing.
