Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make an empty level (LEVEL A) with a plane and a player start
  2. Collapse that player start into a level instance
  3. Make another level (LEVEL B) and add a way to travel to LEVEL A (Via OpenLevel Blueprint node, or any other way)
  4. Start a PIE session in LEVEL B, and trigger the travel to LEVEL A
  5. Observe that PIE now spawns the player at the origin, while a cooked build still spawns them at the player start
