In Split-Screen, with "r.Lumen.Reflections.DownsampleFactor" set to 2, it is possible to have vertical colored artifacts on View 1 (the second view).
The Licensee reported the artifact occurred on "High" Scalability. In testing, we observed it occurred on "Epic" Scalability. Different runs gave different results on if the artifact would show up on which scalability level.
1. Download the Licensee's test project, compile, and open (see addl info URL)
2. Set the Engine Scalability to "High" or "Epic"
3. Run PIE
4. You might see the artifact right away. If so, skip to step 7.
5. Set "r.Lumen.Reflections.DownsampleFactor" to 1 and then set it back to 2. If this does not immediately show the artifact, try again. Sometimes it does not show up every time. When you see it, skip to step 7.
6. If this does not work after a few iterations, return to step 2 and choose the other Engine Scalability level.
7. Observe the vertical colored lines in the lower screen that appear on the characters.
