Description

When GetCurrentAnimationNotifyStateTimeRatio is used inside of a montage it can return the wrong time ratio in certain cases.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a notify state that, On Tick, returns the output of GetCurrentAnimationNotifyStateTimeRatio.
  2. Place the notify state in an anime sequence.
  3. Place anim sequence in a montage as a part of a subsection.
  4. Run montage on a skeletal mesh.
  5. Note: once the notify is hit it will return the wrong value.
