Duplicate of UE-16688
Child actor component cannot be selected within blueprint viewport. The transform can be altered and, if selected within the Components tab, the child actor component can be moved within the viewport.
1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Create a new blueprint
3. In blueprint, create a child actor component of a blueprint type that contains any mesh.
4. De-select the child actor component in the components tab
5. Attempt to select child actor component in the viewport
Results:
Child Actor Component cannot be selected within the viewport.
Expected:
Child actor component is selected, transform widget allows user to move, scale, and rotate the actor.
I am not able to find world outliner how to enable it?
