UMG widget appear darker on Mobile preview and device than in PIE

When using mobile preview or when viewing on the device the colors for widgets appear darker.

May be related to [Link Removed], however this was marked as fixed and I tested the project that was given as an example and this issue did not occur.

1. Open editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Add an image to the designer tab
4. Change it's color to something other than white
5. Save and compile
6. Open the level blueprint
7. Add the widget to the view port
8. Play in editor
9. Stop PIE
10. Play in mobile preview
11. Notice that the colors are darker

UMG on mobile is dark.
