[Interchange][FBX] Fail to import attributes animation curves with key values as integer

Be carefull there is 2 bugs reported on that Forum and I think they are not related. The first one is about something that supposedly stop working in 5.3 so not related to interchange

Import the attached FBX file.

With Legacy two curves are imported on the animation asset
