When rendering out the Buffer Visualization Targets with the HDR setting on, the resulting Scene Color EXR is rendering significantly washed out compared to the Buffer Viz. in the Editor and if compared to the same render in 4.8.3.
4.8.3 - HighresScreenshot00000_SceneColor.exr
4.10.1 (Same in 4.9.2) - HighresScreenshot00001_SceneColor.exr
4.11 - HighresScreenshot00002_SceneColor.exr
It looks like in \Dev-Main 4.11 CL-2794368, there is a new render target called HDRcolor which might be the fix/workaround for this issue.
4.11 - HighresScreenshot00002_HDRColor.exr
RESULTS: Washed out Scene Color Screenshot compared to BUffer Viz of Scene Color and same render in 4.8.3
EXPECTED: Not washed out Scene Color, similar to 4.8.3 render
