Curves do not scale with modified animation length at reimporting animation with new interchange importer

Steps to Reproduce
  1. download attached AS_A1.fbx (15frames) and AS_A2.fbx (28frames)
  2. Rename attached AS_A1.fbx to AS_A.fbx
  3. Import the AS_A.fbx with SK_Mannequin skeleton
  4. Open the animsequence
  5. Create a curve in curve editor pane
  6. Add some keys to the curve
  7. Save the asset
  8. Rename AS_A.fbx to AS_A1.fbx
  9. Rename AS_A2.fbx to AS_A.fbx
  10. Reimport the animsequence and see curves

 

Result:

The curves are not scaled. This behavior is not compatible to UE5.4 or earlier
